Dealer Qualifications, Sales Tax and Terms:
Dealers must have a valid Federal Tax ID#. Dealers must have a valid Sales & Use Tax # and Certificate for their state. If a certificate is not on file with us we will charge and collect PA Sales Tax of 6% on all orders.

First-Time customers - payment terms are "Due on Receipt" of materials.

Repeat-Customers - payment terms are "Net 30 Days" from date of invoice/shipment. Delinquent invoices will be charged a 1.5% per month interest penalty on open balances and any/all collection charges.

Shipping & Handling:
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. UPS Charges will be added to your invoice. Drop-Shipments will be charged a $10.00 handling charge, plus delivery charges Note; UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box numbers. A delivery street address is required.
